    There are several ideas for ways to lose weight naturally
    using smoothie detox.

    Here is what you will need for the Kale-It-Up Smoothie
    1 handful Kale
    1/2 apple
    1 cup Coconut Water
    3. Here is what you will need for the Ginger Spice Smoothie
    1 nub Ginger Root
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 handful Spinach
    1 cup Purified Water

    Here is what you will need for the Cocoa Bliss Smoothie
    1 tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder
    1/2 cup Coconut Milk
    1/2 cup Strawberries
    1 cup Ice (if during warmer months)

    For the Green and Clean Smoothie, you will need
    1/4 Cucumber

  10. Why are you vegan's of the opinion that meat 🍖 is bad for your body? Our stomach isn't that of a ruminate animal where we can digest fully the veggies and fruits we consume, this is fact! You vegan's say that it's inhumane to take the life of animals yet you break off the leaves of plants and pull them from the ground as food. Do these plants not have a life also? Do they not feel pain as well regardless of not having mouths to scream or eyes to weep?

  14. Homegirl. That smoothie has way too much sugar. I can promise you that the people you are telling to consume this will not lose weight if they are drinking this down every day. As a rule, a female about your height and weight should only be taking in about 25 grams of sugar a day. I have already counted about 63 grams based on this recipe. We have not even talk about the sugar you will consume the rest of the day. I have to give you a thumbs down on this one.
