  26. All these results we’re never foreseen by me. I never thought in five days that I would be able to drop 5 pounds. Almost all it took was a google search for this diet “sowo amazing plan” for me to learn all of this. You need to give it a go. Google and research on the topic.

  27. Are you seriously applying powdered chocolate and 2 eggs on a meal for weight loss? I am not on a diet and I would never eat two eggs in the same day. Too high cholesterol

  46. You honestly have inspired me so much to change my diet and become healthy and loose weight. But a lot of the ingredients you use are quite expensive and since I'll be going to university I'll only have 20€ per week for food. Its really hard to afford avocados, raspberries or blueberries in germany, they are quite pricey ?
    Do you have any tips to get away with spending a little less money?
    I can imagine that since all of these foods really fill your stomach and keep you full for a longer time, you might eat less different foods, but still…
