  10. You know the first time watched her videos I was pretty skeptical but now I know that she's a very wonderful person!

  11. One question…where are you getting your protein and electrolytes?
    This diet may work for you but it seems a bit extreme to me. I am vegetarian (I want to go vegan after a while, I'm just transitioning) and raw doesn't seem that bad to me…but I can't imagine fitting 6-10 mangoes in my stomach at once. I can barely take 1-2 at a time.
    Also, there is so much fruit and occasional starch but I have no idea where you are getting your protein. I run/climb/lift and the amount of protein I'm getting from dairy, soy, beans, and nuts is just barely holding me over. Plus there is practically no salt here- how do I refuel my electrolytes?I have no idea how I'd survive without seriously damaging my muscles with this diet and being as active as I want to be.

  14. What about food allergies? Cravings? Body restrictions? Different appetite levels? For example: I find mangos and nori really gross. And what about the $$$factor? And I know I'd puke if I had to eat all that at once…..

  15. I would love to try this diet!! My only extreme, concern (meaning I am really scared in general for you and well anyone else like me if I try!) is protein? I noticed you'd eat the fruit for lunch and smoothies for breakfast but no protein or powder or tofu or anything? How do you survive? I'm not being mean I'm genuinely curious and would like to know. Is it possible?

  18. I can not get myself to stuff in this much food ever!! I eat a standard vegan diet not raw til four or anything and I struggle to eat 1300 calories even! I really want to go mostly raw but I'm worried I won't be able to get myself to eat enough still, I just get so full so fast.. any advice from anyone?

  20. Do you eat nuts and seeds and beans? Aren't they supposed to be healthy for vegans especially? How can you get the protein needed without them? Have you had your nutritional levels tested? Do you take any supplements?
