  1. I know people are different, but how many people would even feel moderately "full" on this diet? Sorry, but oranges would simply cause a sugar-crash, and vegetables don't really fill you up (maybe they fill some people up, but not me.) I don't think this is sustainable or even healthy long-term.

  2. I get hungry even looking at this. Those are starvation portions!

  4. What are some ways to lost lots of weight? I read loads of great reviews on the net about how exactly Fenoboci Diet Plan will help you lost crazy amounts of weight. Has any one tried this popular weight loss method?

  5. people in the comments screaming about how this is over restricting and im just here eating less than 500 cals everyday and still feeling like shit abt it

  6. Orange is not a snack

  7. I think I'd rather die

  8. remove the oil and cheese and u have like 250 more calories

  9. the first two weeks of this is hard on your body but you do get use to it and your body will begin to get use to it and then progress can be made longterm. I started out on healthy food like in the video and I was angry by the 2nd week almost ready to gourge on an entire pizza. I had a good ratio of fat/carbs/protein and it still wasn't enough as your brain needs more fat in in your diet to prevent the walking depression that can occur with 1300 calorie diets on mainly veggies alone which I think is what gets people off the wagon. I then started eating black bean gardenburgers and pita bread in moderation along with greek yogurt and I felt more satisfied than just eating herring and spinach and while not eating anything sweet. I then started to exercise feeling I might end up eating more by doing this routine and decided to start burning 200-400 calories a day on the eliptical at the gym to compensate for the added carbs. Remarkably I found it easier to work out having those extra carbs and I didnt feel as tired during the day and felt my brain was content with the extra fat and carbs in my diet even though I wasn't giving my body anywhere close to 2000+ calories a day. A small chili at Wendy's is 220 calories usually and even a bag of cracker jacks is 150 so u can eat stuff thats not technically good for you but learn to the avoid 400 calorie snack cakes, that is what really gets people and are not filling at all. Portion control is all it is when it comes down to it. You just have to spend enough time tricking your body into being satisfied with less food, it will adapt trust me. I feel like this video is for people who have been thin their whole life or have mostly had a good balanced diet their entire lives but are needing to drop 10 pounds fast. It doesn't work longterm for people who have been overweight like myself. Hate to say it but its true. Good luck to everyone on these type of journeys!

  10. I eat between 800-1000 cals per day (exactly bc I weigh my food) and I don't eat breakfast, 200 cals for lunch and dinner and then that means I have 400 cals of small meals as snacks whenever I'm hungry xx I think I have an issue

  11. Who actually eats that shiii?!

  12. Can i please marry you and you can cook all my food

  13. I collapsed just loooking at it.

  14. Dafuq I eat like 3.5k calories a day and ain’t fat

  15. 1,200 calories a day, there goes my gains. Oh wait, I'm not a 100 lbs chick who doesn't work out.

  16. I eat 2 waffles with maple syrup for breakfast, 2 slices of pizza for lunch and usually tuna salad for dinner. And that doesn't even reach 1,200 calories. I lift weights and also do cardio. Just saying.

  17. Elizabeth Rossetti

According to my volleyball couch I need to eat 800 calories to maintain my healthy weight.

  18. is this diet for a child? no one over 10 should be eating less than 2000 calories a day. unless you're 5'2, 90 pounds

  19. Omgosh NOOO! I'm eating 1300 at the moment and yesterday it was like a banana blueberry smoothie, then a large size pita bread pizza (like the size of a medium pizza) with veggies, chicken and cheese with 1 egg cracked on top, then soup and herbal tea for dinner. I could have split the pizza into 2 meals but I had been to the gym, hungry and I just like a big meal for lunch. No idea how she's preparing certain things but that would be like a 1000 cal day for me!

  20. I eat like 4k calories.. although i lift heavy and 20 @ 6'3 weight at 209lb

  21. I would never do this to myself I'm good being 130-140 pounds.

  22. I can't get jiggy with it lol

  23. This is way too much effort. I just eat 2 tuna sandwiches a day.

  24. I personally don't think 1200 cals is that little. People act so surprised when you say you eat 1200. It's actually a lot. I eat around 500

  25. I thought 2000 calories are recommended

  26. way too little

  27. This is shit eat a bit more and exercise regularly

  28. Oh, the amount of calories in dinner is 5 too much, than it should be. Thats like way too much….

  29. Alexander Hamilton

100- calorie pack of almonds+ 50 calorie cheesestick+ raisins or chocolate covered raisin for a bit sweet= 200 calories

  30. that is sooo little food

  31. This is about less than an average kid eats in calories, that's concerning.

  32. This diet does make me feel hungry but it honestly helps me lose weight eating 1200 with exercise.

  33. Bunch of fatties in the comments section lol.
I just lost 25lbs on a similar calorie restriction. When you cut out junk food and eat real food that isn't extruded from a chemical mixer you actually won't feel hungry at the end of the day eating this amount of calories. And like what Kate Moss said that got her in trouble (for speaking the truth): Nothing tastes as good as being in shape feels.

  34. I've been eating 1200 (or a bit less) kcal a day during the whole summer and I've lost 10kg. I don't wanna lose more weight cause I already weigh less than I should but I don't wanna gain either. So I kinda want to start eating more but I'm extremely afraid, like everytime I let myself eat a little more I get extremely upset and I feel like crap. It's like I suddenly feel fat and disappointed.
I just wanted to share with someone k bye

  35. is 1200 too little ?

  36. you also get a sad life

  37. OR…. skip breakfast and lunch and have fried chicken or pizza for dinner jajaja

  38. Sorry, but 1) Terrible breakfast. Smoothies are are great way to make your blood sugar levels quickly jump through the roof while at the same time getting no satisfaction/fullness. Stick to something like oatmeal, whole fruit, and eggs. 2) Your lunch. Just look at it. Who the fuck wants to eat an entire plate of cherry tomatoes? 3) Dinner's not bad.

  39. This is sad

  40. Naa that looks like 500 kallaries all together

  41. I'm sad now bring me the fucking mukbangs

  42. This looks like a meal for sad people. I mean, I can keep it under 1,200 calories without making it seem so sad.

  43. This is NOT eating well. This is metabolic syndrome in the making.
    This is starvation.
The SECOND you have a piece of cake your body will go nuts and you will gain weight. This is not sustainable. And you're spiking your insulin eating all day long with the snacks. Die early, be miserable while alive.

  44. It would make a good breakfast but for a day ? You must be mad

  45. Is this serious? So unhealthy

  46. I sleep so much. So 1200-1500 cal a day is perfect for my body. Not too little and not too much and I lose very slowly so I'm not aiming at a big weight cause I'm already considered a bit underweight
But I eat nothing like this. I eat oatmeal, tons of fruit and veggies which are low cal and not a drop of oil. Which fills me up. And sometimes I have sandwiches with cheese. Not starving
(I'm literally 13 and 4'10 don't come at me. I used to have bulimia and fast some days with 1000 calorie workouts and almost fainting so I'm trying my best here)

  47. thats just sad
