Nothing beats mangoes for dinner! Mother Earth’s home cooking is always the best!! A simple monomeal of fruit allows for the best possible digestion and assimilation of food. It also allows for the best imaginable enjoyment!
For dinner I had a couple of kg of mangoes followed by one young, fresh sweet corn. I also had about half of an avocado. Simple combinations is always the best.
The ideal human diet is one where raw fruit predominates and 80% or more of the calories are coming from carbohydrate. Also known as “the 80/10/10 diet”, it’s where the average macro nutrient ratio is 80 percent carbs, 10 percent protein and 10 percent fat.
Humans are frugivores anatomically and physiologically and thrive on a fruit based diet with the possible addition of tender, leafy greens as well as some nuts and seeds.
Tropical fruits fit our nutritional needs better than any other food group as a whole. All our nutrient needs are covered by a fruit based diet – including essential fats, protein and all the minerals.
