one week in a healthy diet:MONDAY – DAY 1

BREAKFAST: Orange & grapefruit Juice
MID-DAY: spinach smoothie
LUNCH: Sautée courgette and prawns with brown rice
MID-AFTERNOON: fresh cheese with honey
DINNER: asparagus with chiken burger and tomato.
